UKCA MARKING

With the exit of UK from the EU, the United Kingdom has replaced the CE marking with its own product safety and performance certification program, called UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed). The UKCA marking went into effect on 1^st January 2021, with a transitional period until the end of 2022.

Starting from 1^st January 2023, most goods imported into the UK MUST carry the UKCA marking.

On 30/09/22, Moratto Srl completed the process of the extension of its CE product certification in compliance with the British product directives and regulations, and is therefore able to offer the double CE / UKCA marking for all its products.

This process does not change in any aspect the products, which are currently supplied, but only means the adaptation of the documentation and of the layout of the motor nameplates.

This marking will be present on all ELMOR branded motors starting from deliveries in 2023.
